Reservation & Validation
A confirmed reservation at Panmar Apartments is subject to the required deposit, which is equal to 20% of the total price of your stay or as agreed upon request. All payments are made exclusively in Euros.
In case of booking via email or phone, the deposit amount should be remitted to the Panmar Apartments' bank account indicated by us, mentioning your name and surname. Any bank transfer or currency conversion charges are at your expense.
Reservation Changes & Cancellations
Please note that you have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason. In case the cancellation takes place at least 21 days before your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit.
In case of cancellation during the stay or no-show at check-in, you will be required to pay compensation equal to the cost for the rest of the stay.
Under exceptional circumstances, the Panmar Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
If this happens, the Panmar Apartments will be obliged to refund the amount paid for your reservation and will make every effort to provide you with accommodation in another property of at least the same category, in the same city, offering similar facilities and amenities.
Terms of Accommodation
In order to serve you better, you are requested to inform us about your arrival and departure time (check-in, check-out).
- Check-in time: after 14:00
- Check-out time: before 11:00
Guests staying in the room on the day of departure after 12:00 and until 18:00 will be charged 50% of the nightly rate.
Guests staying after 18:00 will be charged for the entire night. No more than the agreed number of persons per room is allowed per night. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
Pet Policy
Small dogs (up to 10kg) are allowed upon request, assuming that:
- A carrying case and a relevant certificate or pet passport are provided.
- It is forbidden to leave your pet unattended in the room.
- The owner is liable for any damage, destruction caused by the pet.
- The pet should be moved in the common areas only with a leash.
- Panmar Apartments are not responsible for any physical injury caused by a pet assaulting in other guests.
- Panmar Apartments retain the right to deny accommodation to guests with pets that cause any disturbance or harm to other guests.
COVID-19
Panmar Apartments are certified by the University of Crete for successful training in coronavirus protocols applied in tourism.
Panmar Apartments has a contactless check-in, check-out policy, with no common areas and private access to each apartment.
We, at Panmar Apartments, clean and disinfect your room with special professional cleaners. Clean, separate cleaning cloths, gloves and disposable masks are used in each room. Special attention is paid to contact points such as doorknobs and remote control.
During your accommodation, the maid may have a reduced or no presence in your room, if you wish, during your stay.
Non-residents are not permitted to enter the rooms and all staff use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
